What you will do:
- Provide learning support to the North American Learning & Development team including but not limited to organizing training emails, venues, catering, assessment tools, printing participant guides, and confirmation of participants and registrations.
- Manage the LMS to ensure accurate and complete records of training, including participant completions of sales and leadership workshops, agronomy webinars, and others when applicable.
- Record learning and personal development for employees on the LMS and enable managers to download training reports to assist in the compliance and record keeping.
- Assist the team with the account payable activities, including coding expenses, reports, and other expense management activities.
- Support the team with virtual and in person facilitation when applicable, including hosting webinars, managing registrations, and other training logistics.
- Manage the North America Learning and Development email address, including providing timely event invitations, training evaluations, responses and other inquiries to various participants and stakeholders.
- Provide advice and tools to assist employees and managers to further their learning and career opportunities on an ad hoc basis.
- Support the team with content creation and training development when applicable.
- Manage and maintain select training content and active links on the company intranet.
- Work in collaboration with Global Learning Content Team to implement new systems, tools, and processes.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in a learning and development capacity, preferably experience with SuccessFactors, our LMS platform.
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity, including excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
$71,900 - $133,400. This range is estimated for Advisor, Learning & Development in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
