What You'll Do:

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope and timeline, aligning with the overall strategic objectives of the company. The Project Manager will ensure projects adhere to the best practices and meet the highest standards of quality.

 

•    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to facilitate the execution of projects
•    Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
•    Follow Project Management policies, procedures, and systems
•    Assess, manage, communicate, and report on project status and risks
•    Manage all required project documentation through the project life cycle
•    Interface with stakeholders and project teams for successful project development, execution, and completion
•    Make recommendations and be involved with decision-making on aspects of projects
•    Assist with planning project scopes, evaluation, and selections
•    Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
•    Facilitate the resolution of project-related conflicts and issues
•    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project life cycle
•    Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including appropriate staff, on project progress
•    Review the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure compliance with project standards
•    Manage all project reporting and adherence to project policies and procedures
•    Monitor and report on the status of projects
•    Ensure project adherence to internal and external quality standards
•    Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques for project evaluation to identify areas for future improvement
•    Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and engagement

•    Other duties as required

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
