Field Service Technicians are responsible for collecting environmental samples, completing field analysis, and transporting samples from the Client to the Laboratory for analysis. 

  

What you will do: 

  

  • Collect environmental samples and some field analysis from waste and drinking water sources. 

  • Transport environmental samples from Client to the Laboratory for analysis. 

  • Engage in physical labor, including: lifting, pulling, or pushing heavy objects, up to 50 lbs. 

  • Work in various work environments, and weather conditions. 

  • Clean and maintain equipment. 

  • Relay client requests to Supervisor/Management. 

  • Maintain/troubleshoot/program equipment. 

  • Drive four or more hours per day. 

  • Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.

  

What you will bring: 

  

  • 3+ years driving experience. 

  • Ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds. 

  • Ability to work independently. 

  • Eager to learn, take initiative, be a quick learner, and have self-motivation.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow directions on a map. 

  • Prioritize tasks assigned. 

  • Read and write in English, able to follow written/verbal instructions. 

  • Have and maintain a valid driver’s license. 

  • Have and maintain a mobile phone with the ability to receive calls and texts.
