The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Nebraska laboratory to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all operational activities, while striving for continuous improvement and excellence. They will also work closely with other departments and management to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.  

 

What you will do:
 

  • Manage and lead the Nebraska Laboratory night shift team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize productivity and reduce costs. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. 
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operational activities. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. 
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and foster a collaborative team environment. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems to effectively assist the team and customers. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.

What you will bring:
 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory management or a related field, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
  • 5-7 years of laboratory experience preferred.
