This position is required to be on-site for training at our Memphis, TN location. Once training is completed, a hybrid schedule can be negotiated.

The Senior Data Reviewer will be responsible for supporting the Soils Laboratory by following data evaluation methodologies.

 

What you will do: 
 

  • Review data for accuracy and completeness against established procedures and Quality Control (QC) protocols utilizing Waypoint LMS.

  • Approve data for release to clients once data quality objectives are complete.

  • Provide insight and assist with development of data review algorithms to assist with data review.

  • Provide basic agronomic insights when reviewing fertility data as part of data review.

  • Provide input to laboratory on possible improvements to analytical processes as a result of data review.

  • Assist group leaders and analysists with possible technique improvements.

  • Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment. 

  • Other duties as required.

 

What you will bring:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Statistics preferred, or experience in lieu of.

  • 2 years of related work experience developing algorithms or models for large data sets required

  • 1-3 years of previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred.  

  • Knowledge of analytical methods, instruments, general lab practices, and lab safety preferred. 

  • Knowledge of statistical software programs for development of data mining/evaluation algorithms preferred.
