What You'll Do:
- Model our core value of safety by leading and enabling a culture in which you and your team are actively contributing to a safe work environment
- Ensure appropriate testing procedures are conducted in compliance with Quality Assurance and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements
- Ensuring that all testing is completed in a timely manner
- Direct supervision and shift oversight of employees
- Review and approve timesheets and time off requests
- Coach, train, and mentor new and current night shift employees
- Oversee all aspects of nightly duties
- Review, complete, and process logs and additional documentation as required
- Other duties as required
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years Laboratory experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or mentorship experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts
- Exceptional time management and communication skills required
- Strong working knowledge of general laboratory equipment
- Ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds
- Internal applicants may be considered in lieu of meeting minimum education and/or experience requirements
