Title:  Division Real Estate Manager

We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Division Real Estate Manager to join our Adelaide office to support the continued growth of our South Australian and Northern Territory real estate network.


About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the South Australian and Northern Territory real estate sales division. You will drive sales growth and increase the geographic footprint of our services through tactical recruitment and training, while developing and executing a business plan for the division that aligns with the national strategy. You will also:

  • Engage with the real estate sales teams through regular meetings and formal/informal mentoring, you will ensure performance is aligned to strategic business goals and the delivery of commercial outcomes
  • You will analyse market opportunities, work closely with industry stakeholders and use latest technologies to ensure that Nutrien Harcourts is the first choice for clients in the regions.
  • Put to use your Auctioneering skills when required
  • Be involved in and jointly accountable and responsible for the overall financial performance (P&L) for the Real Estate activity within the Division
  • Actively recruit, list and market Key & Corporate accounts
  • Manager disposal & dispersal sales on behalf of corporate clients, portfolio sales, and receiver & administrator sales
  • Communicate regularly with other Division Real Estate Managers so that client relationships can be handled consistently across the network and details of potential ‘cross border’ purchasers can be shared
  • Identify and develop potential new customers in the Key & Corporate farm sector across the area of influence
  • Promote and represent Nutrien Ag Solutions at relevant industry meetings, conferences and seminars as a spokesperson within the relevant area of influence
  • Produce market intelligence on industry trends, marketing trends, competitor activities and strategies
  • Assist in the planning and budgeting processes as required



About You:
To be successful you must demonstrate proven business management and leadership experience ideally gained from the real estate or property development sector. You will also bring:

  • Proven experience in the development of strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Strong sales focus and influencing skills
  • Proven success developing high performing teams and driving accountability for delivery of commercial outcomes
  • A strong understanding of real estate legislation and compliance
  • Sales experience in the South Australia and Northern Territory is favorable
  • Appropriate SA Real Estate licences are required
  • Proven confidence with Auctioneering success
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or Management
  • This role involves frequent regional travel when restrictions allow
