We currently have an opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to join our high performing insurance team based out either Grater Ballarat, Shepparton or Bendigo. 

 

About the Opportunity:

 

As an integral part of a well-established and highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division, this role has responsibility for servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners. The focus of your role will include:

 

  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management.
  • Dealing with client primarily on farm or business site to facilitate insurance meetings and grow the existing insurance portfolio.
  • Manage client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries – with the support of the insurance administration team.
  • Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.
  • Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business.
  • Policy maintenance.
  • Refer appropriate solutions from within the Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance product range.

 

About You:

To be successful you must have previous experience working in the insurance industry, as well as a proven track record growing a portfolio of clients and executing sales. We will also value your expertise in key areas including:

 

  • A strong insurance broking background in rural or SME insurance
  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline
  • FSR Tier 1 and 2 training via a reputable industry body (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA)
  • Ability to relate to the challenges faced by our clients and offer insurance solutions to add value to their business.
