We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Sales Support Merchandise candidate to join our Canning Vale branch which supplies Irrigation, Pumping & Filtration equipment to the Trade and DIY markets.

 

 

 

About the role:

 

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will provide the highest level of customer service and sales support across a range of water product categories including water pumping, irrigation & filtration. You will respond to retail and trade customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.  In addition, you will perform data entry of purchase orders, generating quotes and job order documentation whilst maintaining a welcoming, friendly and well-presented store environment. The role is multi-faceted and also includes exposure to inventory and logistics. 

 

 

 

About You:

 

To be successful you must demonstrate a desire to learn and a can-do attitude. Ideally you will understand irrigation systems for commercial/agricultural practices as well as maintain a strong motivation to provide the best customer service and support to our diverse range of customers. You will have some experience sourcing products for projects and demonstrate a keen interest in building your expertise in this product area.  Strong computer skills, ideally in SAP or similar ERP system, and inventory management skills will be highly regarded. This role involves rotating Saturdays.
