With its roots in Tasmania, Roberts has been offering quality service to customer for over 150 years.  We are well positioned for growth and currently offering a great opportunity for a Property Officer to join our team in Launceston on a fixed term contract until 15th July 2022.

About the Role:

 

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for providing reception, administrative and clerical support to the sales, property management and leadership team. 

In addition, you will provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele to ensure repeat business and maintain the professional image of Roberts Real estate within in the local market.  You will be entrusted with reception duties and responsibilities, conducting important office functions, and adhering to quality processes and company policy. We are offering an opportunity to gain a solid exposure to real estate and property practices. The quality support provided to the property team will enable the achievement of overall company strategic goals.

 

 

About You:

 

To be successful you must demonstrate proven experience providing quality team administration and clerical support in a busy and fast paced environment.  Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and ability to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction will secure you this rewarding role.  Proficiency with MS Office, along with your ability to learn and utilise effectively business databases systems are all key to your success.  You will demonstrate strong planning and organising skills plus a high attention to detail and the ability to build solid long-term customer relationships.
