We are currently offering a great next step career opportunity for a Branch Commercial & Sales Support Manager to join our team in Meningie.  This is critical role where you will be responsible for the management of the sales support and administration functions for the branch & depot




About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary objective will be to maintain a professional customer service to internal and external customers and clients.


  • Ensure professional and prompt customer service is provided at all times to existing and prospective clients across a variety of Agri products and services
  • Identify and implement sales programs, margin management and cross selling opportunities
  • Manage Inventory, Purchasing and budget requirements of the Branch
  • Oversee all AR and AP functions within the branch, including debtor management
  • Review of P&L to manage, sales, margins & effective expense control
  • Provide supervision of administration staff to ensure accurate and timely support in the branch
  • Mentor and proactively ensure staff are provided with tools to carry out their duties efficiently & effectively




About You:


To be successful, you will have a strong sales background and proven skills in team management & co-ordination.


  • The drive to network and identify opportunities for business development will also be key to your success.  
  • You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster solid long-term relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders together with the ability to drive business outcomes and performance. 
  • Ideally you will have previous exposure to SAP ERP, together with strong MS Excel for reporting.
  • current motor vehicle licence
