Job Duties                

PCS Nitrogen Fertilizer, L.P. has opening for Senior HR Advisor, Augusta in Augusta, GA. Assist in the implementation of company and business unit HR strategies, programs and processes (e.g. on-going salary administration and annual compensation cycle, benefit programs, performance management, new employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities for departing employees). Provide support and training to managers in the interpretation and use of HR policies, processes, and programs. Administer the disability management process while partnering with the business leaders and our third-party administrator. Analyze results of exit interviews, recruitment feedback and employee surveys to identify people issues and trends and participate in their resolution. Support the identification of client learning and development needs by partnering with the business and the appropriate COE in the development of plans/programs and implementation within the client groups. Assist in resolving moderately complex employee relations matters. Support and lead various HR projects as needed. Work with the Centers of Excellence (HR Shared Service Centre, Total Rewards, Culture & Organizational Effectiveness, Internal Legal Counsel, Learning and Development, Talent Attraction & Sourcing, Diversity, and Inclusion) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of employment documentation to support the effective delivery of HR services and to implement on HR strategies, programs and processes.

10% domestic travel required.

 

Job Requirements

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a human resources-related occupation.

Experience must include:          

1. 6 years of HR generalist experience;
2. 2 years of experience supporting executive level positions;
3. 3 years of Success Factors experience;
4. 2 years of designing and leading organizational design and structural implementation;
5. 3 years of change management;
6. Highly proficient in Excel and Word;
7. Organizational and time management skills as well as results/goal orientation;
8. Demonstrated ability in leading a significant project, across multiple jurisdictions;
9. Proven capabilities in effective employee development; and
10. Direct experience with cross border relocations.
