How to Apply

Getting to Know You

Each resume is reviewed by one of the recruiters on our team. No resume reading bots here!

If your experience and skills match our needs, you’ll hear from one of our recruiters about setting up a phone call or completing a one-way video interview so we can get to know you. You will hear from us through a text message, phone call or email.

This step is a chance for us to better understand you and your experience. Please be patient, it can sometimes take several weeks. If everything goes well, you’ll hear back from your recruiter about scheduling an interactive interview.

Interview

Congratulations! You're experience and skills are just what we are looking for. We are excited to meet you! Now get ready for your on-site or video interview.

Interview types can vary from one-on-one to technical assessments to panel interviews, depending on the role.

This is the time that we get an in-depth understanding of your accomplishments and capabilities. So be sure you’re ready to share specific examples of how you have used your skills, and what actions you’ve taken to solve problems and achieve success.

Ask questions! We are always impressed with candidates who have done their homework and understand what Nutrien does.
