The Interview

If selected to move ahead, you’ll take part in an interview experience tailored to the role. This could include one-on-one conversations, technical assessments, or panel interviews.

• Interviews may be conducted by phone, video, or in person.

• Video interviews are always hosted through secure, recognized platforms.

• We will never ask you to download unknown software or communicate through messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook Messenger. Interviews are your opportunity to share your experience, showcase your strengths, and ask questions about the team and the work. We’re excited to learn how you think, collaborate, and solve problems.

The Offer Stage

You did it! If it’s a match, we’ll reach out to discuss your offer and the conditions of your employment.

• If selected, you’ll receive an official offer letter through our secure system and will come from an @nutrien.com email address.

• You will never be asked to pay fees, purchase equipment, deposit checks, or provide financial information.

• We will also complete pre-employment checks based on the role and location including criminal record check, pre-employment substance test, or obtain confirmation of your education and employment history.

What you should never experience with Nutrien

To protect yourself, please note that Nutrien will never

  • Ask for money, gift cards, deposits, or payments of any kind 
  • Ask you to cash a cheque or send money back 
  • Offer jobs through social media DMs 
  • Request personal information through non‑Nutrien email addresses 
  • Ask you to wrap vehicles or participate in promotional schemes 
  • Offer immigration sponsorship or work permits outside our official programs 
  • Recruit in countries where we do not operate
