Job Description: 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Providing top-tier branch admin support – accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
  • Managing livestock sales – commercial, stud auctions as well as supporting feedlot and livestock input business
  • Building strong vendor and purchaser relationships – reconciliation, debt collection
  • Helping customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing counter sales and keeping our branch running smoothly

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Experience in a busy team support role
  • Passion for Australian farming & agriculture
  • Proactive, organised, and with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills – customer relationships are your strength
  • Problem solver with empathy and initiative
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & able to learn new systems quickly
  • Current driver’s licence is essential and a forklift ticket is highly advantageous or you must be willing to obtain.
