Job Description:
What You'll Do:
- Providing top-tier branch admin support – accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
- Managing livestock sales – commercial, stud auctions as well as supporting feedlot and livestock input business
- Building strong vendor and purchaser relationships – reconciliation, debt collection
- Helping customers with pricing and product queries
- Processing counter sales and keeping our branch running smoothly
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a busy team support role
- Passion for Australian farming & agriculture
- Proactive, organised, and with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills – customer relationships are your strength
- Problem solver with empathy and initiative
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & able to learn new systems quickly
- Current driver’s licence is essential and a forklift ticket is highly advantageous or you must be willing to obtain.
