The Advisor, Fieldglass Office, provides frontline operational and administrative support for the sustainment and effective use of SAP Fieldglass across Nutrien’s business units. This role focuses on accurate execution of contingent workforce processes, day-to-day stakeholder support, and consistent application of program standards.

The Advisor operates at the execution layer of the Fieldglass Office, managing standard workflows, responding to inquiries, and supporting hiring managers and suppliers through the contingent workforce lifecycle. While the role does not carry decision-making authority for complex or high-risk matters, it plays a critical role in identifying issues early, maintaining data integrity, and escalating appropriately to senior team members.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for contingent workforce management activities within SAP Fieldglass, ensuring transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Guide hiring managers and suppliers on standard Fieldglass processes, approvals, and documentation requirements
  • Support the full assignment lifecycle, including resource requests, onboarding, amendments, extensions, renewals, and offboarding
  • Act as the first point of contact for all assignment-related inquiries, resolving issues within established guidelines and escalating non-standard or higher-risk requests as needed
  • Support shared inbox triage by monitoring requests, responding within service expectations, and routing complex items to Senior Advisor or the Fieldglass Office Manager
  • Troubleshoot common system or process issues, documenting details clearly to support timely escalation and resolution
  • Validate approvals, timesheets, and invoice data to ensure alignment with program requirements and audit standards
  • Run standard and ad hoc reports to support operational tracking, audits, and stakeholder requests
  • Deliver standard training and guidance to hiring managers and suppliers using established materials and templates
  • Maintain and update program documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles to support consistent execution
  • Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and provide feedback to senior team members to inform process improvements
  • Participate in onboarding, shadowing, and ongoing learning activities to build system, process, and program knowledge

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement operations, contingent workforce management, VMS administration, or related financial/process support
  • Post secondary education or equivalent skills and experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP Fieldglass or a comparable VMS, with hands-on experience supporting operational workflows
  • Solid understanding of the contingent workforce lifecycle, including job postings, onboarding, time and expense approvals, and invoicing
  • Ability to analyze data, run reports, and validate information for accuracy and completeness
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and documentation standards
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support hiring managers, suppliers, and internal partners
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • A service-oriented mindset with sound judgment around when to resolve versus when to escalate
  • Experience supporting process improvements or change initiatives is considered an asset
