What You'll Do:

 

  • Support SHE&S, Midstream/Downstream, Leadership with project planning, scheduling, meetings, travel, and expense processing
  • Coordinate meetings and events across multiple time zones
  • Maintain document control, filing systems, and administrative workflows
  • Track actions, timelines, and follow-ups across leadership and site teams
  • Support project budget tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination across locations
  • Assist with regulatory training, and certification tracking
  • Coordinate vendor, program, and fleet-related administrative support
  • Manage projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and assign tasks
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and performance
  • Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and external partners as needed
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-ready materials
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items

What You'll Bring:

 

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of executive or senior leadership administrative support experience
  • Experience in environmental, regulatory, or technical planning preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and professional judgment
  • Working knowledge of environmental regulatory systems (SWIM, CEPA, TDG, CID)
  • Experience supporting provincial compliance processes (SK, MB, ABSA, Technical Safety Authorities)
  • Learning Management System (LMS) administration and certification tracking
  • Strong reporting, communication, and follow-up skills
