This position will be posted from May 28, 2026 - June 10, 2026.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Coordinate and create work order plans that include time allowances, trades required, and necessary materials
  • Create and maintain asset data including the asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and work plans; keep asset information in EAM/Oracle current
  • Maintain and expand the underground preventative and predictive maintenance program which includes pertinent maintenance schedules, preventative maintenance checks and inspections
  • Manage asset PM schedules
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Capital, and Operations departments to develop and advance maintenance shutdown and regular work flow activities
  • Support mechanical and electrical reliability programs including RCFA, condition based monitoring and employee driven reliability
  • Aid in continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain and help drive maintenance KPI's
  • Assist in the development and adherence of underground maintenance compliance to the maintenance program

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Must have a Journeyperson certificate in the mechanical trade, or related technical diploma, or related engineering degree
  • Training and several years of experience in underground potash or industrial maintenance
  • Previous experience in a maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordinating role is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills are required. Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with EAM and Viziya software systems is an asset
  • Demonstrated positive safety behavior and safety leadership; demonstrated a high level of commitment to creating a safe working environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills are essential
  • Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training
