The Sr. Solution Analyst, Global Data Services, reports to the Sr. Manager, Data Services, and works closely with the extended data services team, domain subject matter experts across multiple operating segments, and external experts. You will be responsible for delivering innovative data-centric solutions to solve complex and ambitious problems as well as serving as a delivery minded leader within the team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead engagement with business stakeholders to shape priorities, define requirements, and drive delivery of data solutions 
• Own end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture, standards, and long-term sustainability
• Drive planning, coordination, and execution of work across initiatives, including backlog management and delivery commitments
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Architecture, Business) to deliver integrated, scalable solutions
• Lead solution-level governance activities, including design reviews, standards application, and quality assurance
• Drive adoption of data products by enabling users, promoting best practices, and supporting organizational change efforts
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across solutions and escalate systemic issues impacting value delivery
• Coordinate dependencies and priorities across multiple data initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Contribute to value realization by defining expected outcomes and monitoring effectiveness of delivered solutions
• Promote reuse of patterns, standards, and knowledge assets to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Business domain experience.
• 6-8 years of combined experience delivering solutions and hands-on data roles in a large-scale, heterogeneous IT environment.
• Demonstrated aptitude to translate requirements into innovative solutions.
• Technical experience in multiple technology domains and understanding of how that technology is used across multiple business functions, in multiple industries, to deliver business value.
• Prior work experience working with technologies like SAP HANA, Databricks, Snowflake, other databases, Oracle EBS, and SAP
• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and previous experience in DW environments.
• Ability to identify implicit requirements of an overall solution ecosystem including support, monitoring, maintenance, etc.
• Demonstrated capacity for delivering results with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to provide peer support and leadership for junior resources on the team.
