This position will be posted from June 15, 2026 - June 24, 2026.

 

What You'll Do:

 

The chosen candidate will be required to move to Surface Operations/Site Services Crew, if they are not presently a member of it.

 

  • Load potash/salt trucks, offload rail cars
  • Required to operate mobile equipment including Trackmobile, Loaders, and Skid Steers, etc. Weighing trucks and billing out orders.
  • Assist with maintaining and repairing equipment relative to Surface Loadout processes and surface operations equipment
  • Perform rigging tasks necessary for proper installation of various components.
  • Operation and inspection of the brine line systems
  • Perform site environmental sampling and inspections
  • Assist with snow removal around the site
  • Shift work may be required based on operational needs
  • Required to participate actively in all company Safety and Training Programs
  • This position may be deemed to be part of the on-call assignment as per section 9 in the Hourly Employee Handbook. Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Required to take additional training to enhance scope of work
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervision

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience working in an industrial setting operating and maintaining conveying & screening equipment, mobile equipment, and hydraulic systems is considered an asset
  • Previous Loadout experience is considered and asset
  • Good motor coordination skills, able to work at heights, and physically able to do heavy work
  • Commitment to safety
  • Communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with all site personnel and the public
  • Computer skills and ability to use required software such as Delta-V
  • Stable work record
  • Be an active participant in site training programs
