What You'll Do:

 

  • Operate process units safely and efficiently while meeting production and quality targets
  • Follow standard operating procedures, safety standards, and environmental regulations
  • Monitor processes, take samples, interpret results, and make necessary adjustments
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; coordinate with Maintenance as needed
  • Prepare equipment for maintenance and complete required permits/work requests
  • Maintain accurate shift logs and support effective shift handovers
  • Train and mentor other operators; provide leadership within the shift as needed
  • Support reliability, continuous improvement, and operational optimization efforts
  • Participate in safety programs, emergency response, and required meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, lab, contractors, etc.)
