What You'll Do:

This position reports to the Chief Mill Maintenance Engineer.

What You'll Do:
Â
- Responsible for the completion of assigned planned asset inspection, assessment, and repair initiatives (in alignment with various industry and corporate standards). These initiatives directly contribute to overall mill reliability and integrity
- Responsible for the completion of various mill maintenance engineering projects contributing to overall productivity and/or safety
- Assures compliance to all applicable corporate and industry standards for all completed work
- Disciplined to the achievement of completion of all initiatives within the key parameters of cost, quality, and timeliness

What You'll Bring:
- Mechanical engineering degree
- Eligibility for Professional Engineering designation with APEGS (existing Professional Engineering Designation with Apegs is an asset)
- Experience working in a potash environment is an asset
- Experience with asset integrity management principles is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including speaking with group and via electronic media)
- Project management experience
- Experience working with various industry regs and equipment standards (pressure piping standards, tank standards, building and structural standards, etc)
- Proficiency with various MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, OneDrive)
- Experience with Oracle/EAM is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong technical writing skills
