What You'll Do:
- Perform time entry transactions for hourly and staff employees.
- Enter data in SAP in coordination with HR Operations.
- Follow up with any exceptions flagged from the time entry.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and communicate any problems regarding Payroll administration of CBA articles.
- Perform administration of various Payroll reporting functions.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in time entry and Payroll, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma would be an asset.
- Experience in SAP would be an asset.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software programs used by Nutrien.
- Time and priority management, strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of competence and confidentiality and the ability to handle a number of diverse functions.
