What you will do:    

 

  • Develop, manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget, retail audits, sales objectives and keep all invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy  

  • Direct all aspects and daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability  

  • Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch including hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance  

  • Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received, in maintaining inventory records, in requisitioning supplies in accordance to sales projections and movement of product within market area  

  • Liaise with customers, supplies, division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions’ products and services  

  • Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards 

  

What you will bring:   

 

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business with a track record in sales, marketing, or branch management 

  • 2+ years of previous leadership experience 

  • Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experience maybe considered) 

  • Valid Canadian driver’s license
