This position will report directly to the Senior Enviromenal Engineer. 

What you will do:

• Support air, water, and waste compliance processes including routine inspections, monitoring, sampling, and waste characterization
• Contribute to data collection and validation for regulatory reporting including Tier II, Waste Summary, Injection Wells, Toxic Release Inventory, Title V Deviation, and Discharge Monitoring Reports
• Support development of standard operating procedures in alignment with plan, do, check, act methodology to continually improve environmental performance
• Work with project engineering team to assist with planning and execution of environmental aspects of capital projects 
• Develop relationships across plant teams to further environmental culture of commitment 
• Assist with environmental document management and control processes to ensure continued adequacy of environmental management system
• Monitor for regulatory change and assist with site applicability assessments
• Support environmental incident investigations and associated corrective actions  
• Other activities as needed to support environmental performance at the site

What you will bring:

• Four-year degree in ​chemical, environmental, mechanical engineering, physical sciences, environmental science, or equivalent related program
• Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and online research and reporting
