What you will do:

  • Managing reliability maintenance effectiveness programs
    • Condition Monitoring programs optimization
    • Owning KPI data
    • RCMs and PMOs
    • Equipment PM Plans strategy development
    • Leading RCFAs on Equipment failures
    • Opportunity Selection (Top 10s)
    • Application of new technologies
  • Support Operations and Maintenance on chronic Reliability issues
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the members of the Reliability Group.
  • Support T/A preparation and execution.

 

What you will bring:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Exposure to vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, or other PM/PdM technologies.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to perform as a sole contributor and to lead teams of people in change.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with APEGA.
  • Knowledge of Ivara EXP, RCM II and PM optimization methodologies would be beneficial.
