What you will do:
- Develop trusted relationships with team members, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide sales analytics and interpret market intelligence and market research.
- Manage seed inventory, ordering, logistics, and treatment coordination—including maintaining accurate treatment inventory.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for seed-related weekend operations and calls, ensuring responsiveness and continuity of service.
- Assist in the development of sales, capital budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze customer requirements and illustrate how Nutrien’s products and services can provide value and support to the customer.
- Support the seed sales team with administrative activities so they can focus on selling and closing deals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across roles and teams.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or operations management; seed-related experience preferred.
- University degree in agriculture or related field preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience required.
- Understanding of seed operations, branch processes, and product services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
