What You'll Do:
Â
- Develop, implement, and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget, including revenue, profitability, operational, and growth targets
- Direct all aspects of branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
- Own branch financial performance, including managing the profit and loss (P&L) statement, controlling expenses, optimizing margins, and driving business results
- Review and analyze operational and financial performance metrics on a regular basis and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives
- Lead inventory management processes, including inventory planning, forecasting, accuracy, controls, and optimization to support customer demand and business goals
- Oversee supply chain and logistics activities, ensuring efficient product flow, inventory availability, and operational continuity
- Establish and maintain operational processes that improve productivity, service levels, cost management, and overall branch performance
- Lead, coach, and develop branch employees, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping related to sales, inventory, financial transactions, and operational activities
- Manage all branch assets and facilities, including maintenance, capital equipment, and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
- Lead and support internal and external audits, including inventory, operational, financial, and compliance reviews
- Analyze capital requirements and provide recommendations regarding capital investments and budget needs
- Partner with customers, suppliers, division leadership, and cross-functional teams to support business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring:
Â
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, distribution, inventory management, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or a related business environment
- Demonstrated experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement and driving financial performance
- Experience leading inventory management, forecasting, and operational planning processes
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, operational efficiency, and cost management principles
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate insights into action
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to lead change, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced operating environment
