What you will do:
- Support Accounts Receivable processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including month-end close (journal entries, reporting, reconciliations).
- Perform monthly GL reconciliations, partnering with the Cash Application and AR Integrity teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze AR data and processes to identify control gaps, automation opportunities, and system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, Credit & Collections, and business teams to resolve AR system issues and strengthen governance.
- Manage Bad Debt processes (transfers, clearing, journal entries, and reporting).
- Lead and execute UAT and regression testing for AR-related systems.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting or Accounts Receivable experience.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, and other formulas).
- SAP experience required; Oracle a plus.
- Proficiency in Power Query or Power BI strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operations teams.
