The Integrity Analyst is part of the Integrity Group with the Legal Department and a key enabler in supporting the overall strategy and implementation of the global integrity program (sometimes referred to as an ethics and/or compliance program in other organizations). The role will report to the Senior Integrity Analyst. Working with business units and functional teams, the selected candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of Nutrien’s integrity-related risk intelligence, training, and speaking up and investigation processes and resources. What you will do:  

  • Provide support across Nutrien’s global integrity program in areas including:  
    • Risk Intelligence  
      • Help develop, deploy and enhance the global processes and tools for conducting third party due diligence, in partnership with the procurement department 
      • Assist with Nutrien’s internal risk assessment efforts 
    • Learning
      • Help develop and deploy annual company-wide Code of Conduct and associated policy/program training to enable timely, practical, effective, and consistent learning across the organization on key risk areas (e.g., workplace conduct, anti-bribery, gifts & entertainment, fair competition, trade sanctions, conflicts of interest)  
      • Administer the learning management system, ensuring timely training assignments, data quality and insightful reporting 
      • Assist with responding to employee questions regarding the Company’s Code of Conduct and related policies and processes   
      • Assist with developing and updating the Code of Conduct and associated policies  
    • Speaking Up and Investigations
      • Administer the Integrity Helpline and case management system
      • Support integrity investigation processes from intake to case closure, and oversee tools such as guides or templates to ensure the success of our investigation program
      • Assist with internal investigations 
      • Promote a culture where Code of Conduct or associated policy concerns can be raised in a confidential manner and addressed appropriately  
      • Develop, analyze, and report trends and other insights from integrity allegations, investigations and outcomes  
  • Additionally, this position will: 
    • Support with identifying, developing and implementing technology to automate integrity program processes, such as reporting, gift and entertainment approval and tracking, and conflict of interest disclosure and review 
    • Keep up-to-date regarding developments, best practices, and innovation in the compliance/ethics/integrity field  
    • Provide support to the Integrity Group in all aspects of the integrity program, working closely with internal and external stakeholders globally and cross-functionally  

 

What you will bring:  

  • Undergraduate degree in Law/Compliance/Ethics, Business Analysis, Internal Audit, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or another relevant field  
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a global compliance/ethics or integrity-related function (e.g., in-house compliance/ethics, legal, human resources, internal audit, internal controls) with responsibilities in the following areas:
    • Technology solutions that cover helpline/speaking up, investigations case management, learning management, third party due diligence, and risk assessment  
    • Development and implementation of communications and training (online and in person) 
    • Third party due diligence 
    • Vendor management 
    • Internal investigations 
    • Preparing and updating company policies, processes, and procedures  
  • Ability to complete all job duties and responsibilities with the highest levels of integrity at all times  
  • Discretion and ability to keep extremely sensitive matters confidential  
  • Strong business analysis and project management skills  
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data efficiently and accurately, and leverage data to provide recommendations and solutions to enhance the integrity program   
  • Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders at a global, regional, and country level to troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues tied to current and future integrity program initiatives and technologies  
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a global team  
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills  
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail  
  • Strong skills with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI 
  • Global and inclusive mindset 
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, and able to prioritize competing deadlines
