What you will do:

Projects Financial Management & Reporting

Coordinate monthly project status report collection from Project Managers

Produce detailed and summary IT Project Portfolio reports for leadership

Assist with project initiation process and project close out process

Coordinate and engage in regular project reviews

Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and ad-hoc reports

Assist with preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuing financial forecasts are being updated on a timely basis

Project Methodology and Governance

Support and participate in Center of Excellence that develops project management practitioners and capabilities within the team and extends project management skills throughout the organization

Support Communication and Change Management

Execute governance and controls using a cooperative approach, balancing the needs of the project with the needs of the organization

What you will bring:
-
Post-secondary education required, degree in Finance or Business preferred
-
2+ years experience with financial or project teams
-
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Power BI
-
Experience with financial management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and financial reporting is an asset
