An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Calgary, AB or Saskatoon, SK office beginning May 2025 for an approximate 8-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete.  

What you will do:

• Support planning system maintenance including master data and forecast monitoring.
• Apply data analysis techniques in a real-world setting.
• Assist with report improvement and automation.
• Participate in process documentation development and review.
• Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support senior team members in developing and delivering training materials and presentations.

What you will bring: 

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (minimum 2nd year) in Agribusiness, Commerce/Supply Chain, or an MBA.
• Participation in a structured co-op program within your University.
• Power Query, PowerBI, Excel modeling and data analysis experience is an asset.
• Innate curiosity, a strong desire to learn, a proactive nature, critical thinking, open communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What you will learn: 

• A thorough understanding of business planning processes.
• A broad overview of the planning process while also gaining experience in forecasting, reporting, and preparing presentations and training sessions for key stakeholders.
