Co-op, IT Project Coordinator

Nutrien currently has an exciting Co-op opportunity at our Calgary, AB office that will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company. This position term will begin in January 2025 for 12 months. 

What you will do: 

• Coordinate project and sustainment related activities 

• Conduct bi-weekly technical sustainment/project meetings (Meeting notes and follow up with action items) 

• Coordinate teams for Audit review, evidence gathering, and any follow-ups 

• Regular and ad-hoc team reporting on progress and incidents 

• Update documentation for existing operational processes with managed services partner support 

• Maintain and update project/sustainment documentation on Sharepoint 

• Collect information from technical teams on daily/weekly/monthly basis 

• Capturing the SWAT progress updates on timely basis and action on the follow up items. 

• Project management related activities 

• Assist with the monthly review process for the SAP S4 technical services 

• Work and learn under the guidance of Service Delivery Managers within technical team and assist them in their day to day activities 

What you will bring: 

• Currently enrolled in a 2 to 4 year Computer Science degree or project management program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
