An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Calgary, AB office beginning May 2025 for an approximate 8-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete.  

  

What you will do: 

  • Gather and analyze underwriting information for policy renewals 

  • Upload data into the risk management information system for insurance renewals 

  • Policy documentation and invoice administration and processing 

  • Manage evidence of insurance required by vendors 

  • Maintain and update team SharePoint sites 

  • Actively support other projects and initiatives as required 

  • Preparation of risk and insurance materials and presentations for various stakeholders 

  • Contribute to various other projects 

  • Business research, including reviewing and summarizing publications, peer disclosures, and web articles 

  

What you will bring: 

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a Business, Commerce, or equivalent undergraduate degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution AND returning to full-time studies after the work term
