What You'll Do:
- Act as a primary contact for assigned regions to support operations and logistics across canola, mustard, and inoculant products.
- Manage purchases based on retail forecasts, ensuring strong inventory management, purchase order planning, and product movement.
- Oversee inventory tracking, order flow, and logistics to ensure product is available and delivered on time.
- Support divisions and retail locations with inventory transfers, order adjustments, and shipping schedules.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with business objectives.
Use SAP to process, monitor, and reconcile orders, inventory levels, and returns. - Analyze supply and demand trends to provide recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams on forecasting, product positioning, and operational projects.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while contributing to a safe, efficient work environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Agriculture. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Relationship-building skills to support daily interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and retail divisions.
- Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to use SAP for order management, forecasting, and inventory control is an asset.
