This position is required to be on-site.

 

This internship opportunity begins May 2026 and is approximately 12-16 weeks in duration. Nutrien offers students exposure to a variety of experiences in our Integrity Group within the Legal department. Following is a sample of common job duties for students in the Integrity Group, however, more detailed information will be provided during the recruitment process.  

What you will do:  

  • As a member of the global Integrity Group, provide support for global and regional Integrity Program initiatives, working with colleagues from around the world.
  • Assist with development and deployment of global employee training and communications on code of conduct, anti-corruption, fair competition, gifts and entertainment, speaking up, culture of integrity and other integrity matters.
  • Assist with legal/integrity due diligence of third parties, including risk assessment, screening, and other process support.
  • Assist with internal policy preparation, review, and revision.
  • Assist with confidential internal investigations.
  • Assist with responding to employees’ questions regarding the Company’s Code of Conduct and related policies and processes.
  • Assist with analyzing Integrity Program data and preparing reports.
  • Assist with other Integrity Program tasks as needed.

 

 

What you will bring:  

  • Currently enrolled in a university or college degree program in one of the following areas: legal, ethics & compliance, human resources, learning & education, sustainability, governance, business administration.
  • 2nd year plus students preferred.
