What You'll Do:

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations, universities, professional networks, and influencers to strengthen the talent pipeline. Collaborate with HR, marketing, and business units to align recruitment marketing with company goals. Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to enhance campaigns and employer branding.
  • Creative Talent Strategies: Develop innovative, data-driven strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates. Use storytelling and digital content for employer branding. Stay ahead of recruitment trends to implement forward-thinking approaches.
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Design and execute campaigns across social media, email, job boards, and events to drive engagement. Create targeted messaging for specific talent segments (entry-level, experienced, technical). Track campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights.
  • Employer Brand Management: Strengthen employer brand through consistent messaging and visual identity. Partner with communications to produce compelling content—videos, testimonials, social media posts—that reflect company culture and values. Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience from awareness to application.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment marketing trends, campaign ROI, and talent acquisition data to refine strategies. Provide insights to maximize reach and effectiveness. Use marketing tools and analytics platforms for better targeting and personalization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in recruitment or marketing, with a strong preference for 2 - 3 years of working experience in employer branding or related fields.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and creative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment trends, talent sourcing, and candidate engagement.
  • Experience in building partnerships with external organizations and educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva).
  • Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising for talent acquisition.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative ideas to solve recruitment challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
