Summer Intern, Central Finance

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Central Finance, Nutrien currently has an exciting opportunity within the Finance Business Intelligence Team. Providing invaluable work experience in a growing company, this position term will begin in May 2025 for 4 months based out of our Calgary, AB office. This role is an exciting opportunity to join an agile team that works with teams across the company. As part of the central finance team, you will be exposed to information systems used in the industry, such as SAP & Oracle. In this role, you will learn about data replication, streamlining processes, and handling data replication errors.

What you will do: 

• Provide support and assistance to all aspects of the Central Finance department, including special projects 

• Analyze and update legacy processes to improve efficiency/ ease of use. 

• Work alongside IT partners to support day to day activities. 

• Support the team in ad-hoc analysis requests and documentation 

What you will bring:  

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program, with preference given to students enrolled in Business, Education, Information or Technology disciplines 

• Must have a graduation date of August 2026 or later
