We have an exciting opportunity working with the Facilities Management team to support the Nutrien Calgary Corporate Office. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position that is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position is for a 4-month term beginning in May 2025.
What you will do:
- Reception and Mailroom coverage, including deliveries up to 20 lbs.
- Event set up, stocking supplies within the building.
- Assist with coordinating contractors working in the building, including safety orientations.
- Assist with general building maintenance and repair.
What you will bring:
- Completion of high school diploma. Enrollment in 2-4 year construction and building science programs or business administration, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work within a team and individually.
- Strong administrative skills, experience with Microsoft Office suite.
