Summer Intern, Facilities, Calgary

We have an exciting opportunity working with the Facilities Management team to support the Nutrien Calgary Corporate Office. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position that is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position is for a 4-month term beginning in May 2025.

What you will do:

• Reception and Mailroom coverage, including deliveries up to 20 lbs.
• Event set up, stocking supplies within the building.
• Assist with coordinating contractors working in the building, including safety orientations.
• Assist with general building maintenance and repair.

What you will bring:

• Completion of high school diploma. Enrollment in 2-4 year construction and building science programs or business administration, or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work within a team and individually.
• Strong administrative skills, experience with Microsoft Office suite.
