The Vice President of Corporate Applications & Data reports to the CIO and is a strong, seasoned enterprise leader known for collaborating across functions, developing talent, inspiring change at all levels, and elevating organizational performance. This person is the senior executive accountable for strategy, delivery, and operational excellence across Nutrien’s enterprise corporate applications, data platforms, and analytics ecosystem. This leader will drive integration, modernization, and performance of core systems supporting Corporate Functions—including Finance, HR, Legal, Corporate Development, Communications, and Enterprise Reporting—aligned with Nutrien’s global operating model and data strategy.
Responsibilities will include formalizing and leading a team of IT Business partners that will create trusting relationships across all Nutrien internal clients. This team will bring a consistency, discipline and efficient processes including customer engagement, deep understanding of business plans and translate the technology and budget requirements to enable that plan. Managing demand, prioritizing spend and continual communications will be critical. The leader of this function must possess demonstrable advanced communication, presentation and engagement skills across all senior levels of leadership while effectively managing a team of senior IT staff.
This executive brings inspired leadership, a decisive yet collaborative approach, and a proven ability to shape culture, modernize technology ecosystems, and influence strategic direction across the enterprise.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership with a history of delivering large‑scale transformation and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with impact at all levels, including Boards of Directors, C‑suite leaders, and operational teams.
- Proven ability to translate technology strategy into financial and competitive advantage.
