This position will report directly to the General Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Support the development and implementation of Nutrien Global standards and Government Regulations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Surface Maintenance Department.
- Play a key role in the support, development and implementation of the Nutrien Potash PSIM program.
- Achieve desired standards in all aspects of the job including safety, employee relations, production, maintenance execution and cost-effective utilization of resources available.
- Guide all maintenance activities (reactive and preventative) relative to Surface Mill equipment, machinery, and components.
- Collaborate daily with the Mill Operations Department to ensure safe production and maintenance is performed to achieve Divisional requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of mining surface operations.
- Experienced in project management, maintenance execution and construction activities associated with refinery environment
