This position will be posted from March 3, 2026 - March 17, 2026.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with operations to monitor and troubleshoot the mill process.
- Perform unit operation and circuit mass balances.
- Make recommendations on improvements to potash processing.
- Work closely with lab and metallurgical technicians on work ranging from routine checks to the development and execution of large sampling campaigns.
- Participation in safety programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to advance projects.
What You'll Bring:
- Must have Chemical Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering Degree.
- Knowledge of mass balancing and process simulation software.
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people and departments
- Capacity to think critically and solve complex problems
- Aptitude for identifying and mitigating hazards in the workplace.
- Capable of adapting to changing timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated accountability.
- Readiness to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibility.
- Eligibility to register with APEGS.
