The B2B Reporting and Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of partner sales and inventory transactional data and reporting processes. This role analyzes B2B data flows, resolves data and system discrepancies, supports B2B initiatives, and partners cross‑functionally and externally to maintain accurate reporting for customer programs, rebates, and trading partner integrations.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Analyze and reconcile B2B Product Movement Reports (sales) to identify missing transactions or discrepancies; correct issues, reprocess transactions, and validate results to ensure accurate partner reporting for rebates and customer programs
  • Monitor daily B2B file processing error queues; identify and resolve issues related to master data, data requirements, and incomplete transactions, and drive issue prevention through process communication and documentation
  • Create and analyze material balance reconciliations for sales and inventory movements; investigate and document variances, review product code mappings and data conversions, and guide field personnel on timely and accurate transaction entry
  • Prepare flat‑file sales reporting for vendors without B2B capabilities; verify master data readiness and collaborate with IT to enhance reporting tools and processing efficiency
  • Support B2B initiatives by providing solution recommendations, directing master data configuration, executing testing and production validations
  • Analyze and reconcile B2B Inventory Actual Usage (inventory) to identify missing transactions or discrepancies; correct issues, reprocess transactions, and validate results to ensure accurate partner reporting
  • Partner with internal departments and external trading partners to research and resolve master data and transactional issues that prevent successful B2B file processing; conduct transactional testing to confirm resolution
  • Proactively evaluate B2B system functionality for accuracy and efficiency; recommend system design improvements to reduce errors and enhance processes
  • Assign and manage subscriber‑owned Globa Location Numbers (GLN) by creating entities in the Agiis application and maintaining hierarchical reports with demographic and GLN details to ensure data visibility and accuracy for trading partners
  • Maintain expertise in AgGateway standards and protocols to identify opportunities to implement new or enhanced B2B capabilities

What You'll Bring:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science is required
  • Experience with reporting and analytic tools, including Power BI, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP Query is preferred
  • 2 years experience in data analysis, modeling, data cleansing and integrity
  • Understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including end-to-end business flows, key master data and integration points across sales and procurement functions
  • Understanding of ERP system design, data flows, and testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail; demonstrates the ability to drive tasks to timely and accurate completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Copilot
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization, including internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • The ability to sit for extended periods of time and routinely use a keyboard; must be able to identify and interpret data accurately and efficiently
  • Skilled in effectively working in a team-based, customer support–oriented environment and interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work efficiently across multiple systems and complex data environments
  • Energetic self-starter capable of working independently with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of B2B processes within the Agricultural industry, including industry standards, trading partner integrations, and reporting requirements
  • The ability to apply AI-driven solutions is a plus

Compensation & Benefits: 

 

The salary range for this role, in Deerfield, IL, is between $56,500 - $88,770.  The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, $59,300 – $93,170. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
