What you will do:

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Translate customer problems and business goals into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful software features on time and within scope.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make informed trade-off decisions based on value, risk, and effort.
  • Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and usage data to inform product decisions.
  • Serve as the advocate for the customer throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through post-launch support.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives as part of agile development teams.
  • Present product updates and strategic plans to stakeholders and company leadership.

 

What you will bring:

  • Strong understanding of agronomy related business processes and software features.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise product documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Some proficiency with product and agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Productboard.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and drive team alignment.
  • Passion for solving user challenges and building intuitive, high-impact software experiences.
  • Recommended: 5+ years of product/project management experience, ideally in ag related environments.

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $127,500-$218,600 and in Deerfield, IL is between $121,500- $208,200. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
