What You'll Do:
Â
- Fully utilize centrally developed Procurement Policy, aligned business processes and enabling systems,and the strategic procurement methodology and procedures
- Collaborate with IBP demand/supply planner and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure demand/supply plan for each division is accurate. Serve as a single contact for all demand and supply imbalance within Cornbelt region; support and help facilitate the quarterly IBP reviews with each division manager
- Â Manage fertilizer contracts in SAP for each division by SKU which will ensure contract fulfillment & accurate data
- Â Oversee and complete monthly reconciliation of supplier contracts
- Â Create and monitor Cornbelt region position report with Supply Chain analyst to help lead the monthly S&OP process to ensure accurate data
- Â Track and consolidate purchasing decisions to support monthly MBR with Product Leads and Regional Fertilizer Managers to ensure alignment with IBP forecast & Cornbelt Position report
- Â Support Regional Fertilizer Manager with supplier engagement and execute purchasing activities
What You'll Bring:
Â
- Bachelor’s Degree, with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with SAP/IBP preferred
- Prior experience should include applying supply chain principles including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners
- Advanced analytical and problem solving capability, including translating data into business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively across core business functions (Sales, Operations, Procurement, Distribution, and Logistics)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing demands, and high impact decisions
- Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits:Â

The salary range for this role, in Illinois, is between $75,300-$118,250. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process. Â
