This position reports to the SVP, North America Retail. The Senior Director of Enterprise Growth is responsible for driving enterprise-wide commercial performance across the North American Retail business. This leader will develop and implement strategies that improve pricing discipline, margin optimization, procurement alignment, strategic account execution, category management, and revenue analytics while supporting a One Company operating model.

This role serves as a critical link between field operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, agronomy, and executive leadership to ensure consistent commercial execution and sustainable profitability growth across the retail network.

What You'll Do:
Â
- Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise commercial excellence strategies across the North American Retail business
- Establish standardized commercial processes that drive consistency, accountability, and profitability
- Partner with Regional leadership teams to improve execution discipline and drive operational alignment
- Support the organization’s One Company strategy by aligning commercial priorities across retail, wholesale, proprietary products, and supply chain operations
- Pricing Discipline & Margin Management
- Develop pricing governance frameworks that improve margin realization while maintaining market competitiveness
- Establish pricing analytics, approval structures, and performance dashboards
- Drive gross margin improvement initiatives across crop protection, seed, fertilizer, and proprietary product categories
- Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to optimize pricing strategies, rebate programs, and category profitability
- Procurement Alignment
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align purchasing strategies with commercial objectives
- Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and product placement strategies
- Support enterprise efforts to reduce internal inefficiencies and overall cost-to-serve
- Strategic Account & Bid Management
- Lead enterprise strategic account processes, including governance, customer segmentation, and account planning
- Develop disciplined bid management processes that improve profitability and win rates
- Support large grower and multi-location customer strategies through coordinated commercial execution
- Category Management
- Establish category management strategies that optimize product mix, profitability, and market positioning
- Partner closely with proprietary product and agronomy teams to drive growth in higher-margin product portfolios
- Identify opportunities to simplify product offerings while improving customer solutions and operational efficiency
- Revenue Analytics & Performance Insights
- Lead the development of commercial analytics, KPI reporting, and business performance dashboards
- Utilize data and market insights to identify growth opportunities, margin leakage, pricing inconsistencies, and operational inefficiencies
- Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and regional teams that support decision-making and performance improvement
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Excellence organization focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop enterprise capabilities in pricing, analytics, category management, and commercial execution
- Foster a culture centered around safety, customer focus, operational discipline, and performance excellence

What You'll Bring:
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial operations, agribusiness, retail, procurement, pricing, or related functions
- Proven experience leading large-scale commercial improvement initiatives across complex organizations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, margin management, and revenue optimization
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Experience within agricultural retail, crop inputs, distribution, or large-scale retail operations
- Experience leading transformation initiatives, ERP/SAP integration, or enterprise process standardization efforts
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data to drive commercial decisions

Compensation & Benefits:Â

The salary range for this role in Deerfield, IL, is $169,100 - $265,650. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.Â
