The Maintenance Clerk supports the effective functioning of the Maintenance department by performing a variety of analytical, reporting, and administrative tasks.

What you will do:

• Spearhead the creation of maintenance summaries, reports, workflows, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze cost data, overtime reports, contractor time entries ensuring precise and timely reporting including recommending areas for query and follow-up as required
• Develop maintenance monthly reports with focus on safety performance, major activities, maintenance KPI’s, cost and people
• Utilize the CMMS to write work request, requisitions as well as support analysis of work orders to support monthly cost review
• Processes Time, Attendance and Overtime Data for department
• Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries and presentations of data when needed
• Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for department, prepares agendas, records, and distributes meeting minutes
• Maintains furniture, office and kitchenette supplies and coordinates maintenance and replacement
• Maintains files according to the Nutrien’s records retention policy
• Processes department members subscriptions, membership and educational assistance application and payments
• Purchases retirement gifts for applicable staff and submits to HR for payment approval as per retirement gift policy
• Coordinates the Maintenance department’s travel arrangements and all arrangements required to facilitate approved visitors to site including invitation letters, work permit processing, hotel, and transport arrangements etc.
• Support preparation of On-Call rosters
• Monitor and submit Maintenance employee’s attendance, overtime, CT balances and payroll information
• Other duties as required

What you will bring:

• Preferred three years’ experience in a similar role
• Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to distill key insights from multiple sources of data
• Knowledge of the petrochemical industry
• Efficient work style, with the ability to complete tasks quickly
• Expertise in MS Office, ERP and data visualization tools like Oracle and PowerBI to obtain and create complex documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics
