Innovation Farm Operations & Data Enablement Manager is responsible for connecting enterprise data, field operations, agronomy, and digital supply chain capabilities to drive informed decision-making, operational excellence, and business transformation.

This role serves as a strategic partner across Agronomy, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, Fleet, Digital, and IT teams, enabling the effective use of data, technology, and insights to improve performance and accelerate the vision of the innovation farms of the future. Through influence, collaboration, and subject matter expertise, the position identifies opportunities to improve processes, unlock new business value, and drive enterprise adoption of digital capabilities.
