As part of the Corporate Site IT team, you will support end-user‑ technologies used by corporate staff, contribute to improving the digital workplace experience, and assist with the standardization and reliability of meeting room and collaboration technologies. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys problem-solving, working with modern IT tools, and gaining real-world experience in a large enterprise environment.

This is a student job with flexible start date and a 4-month term.
What You'll Do:
Â
- Support AV and collaboration technology, including troubleshooting, and assisting with current state analysis, research, and documenting standards and support procedures
- Support the implementation of a Digital Employee Experience tool, including analyzing trends, and assisting with documentation for stakeholders
- Support the Site IT team in reviewing and updating elements of the VIP (executive) IT support program, including documentation, service experience inputs, and process improvements
- Providing end-user support for corporate staff as part of the Site IT team
- Collaborate with team members and other IT groups to support enterprise initiatives
What You'll Bring:

- Must be currently enrolled in, and returning to a Computer Science, Technology, MIS, Data Science, Business Analysis or equivalent degree/diploma program from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Demonstrated positive safety behavior and safety leadership
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training
- Excellent interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
- Motivation to set and achieve goals
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and nurture projects forward
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- An interest in learning more about Nutrien’s purpose and values
