As part of the Corporate Site IT team, you will support end‑user technologies used by corporate staff, contribute to improving the digital workplace experience, and assist with the standardization and reliability of meeting room and collaboration technologies. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys problem‑solving, working with modern IT tools, and gaining real‑world experience in a large enterprise environment.

This is a student job with flexible start date and a 4-month term.
What You'll Do:
Â
- Gain hands‑on experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Site IT, including process analysis, data review, improvement recommendations and documentation updates
- Work alongside IT staff to assess opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality, such as helping with analysis of IT service data (e.g., ServiceNow tickets) to identify trends and opportunities to reduce recurring requests
- Contribute to process improvement efforts based on the analysis
- Providing end-user support for corporate staff as part of the Site IT team, as needed
What You'll Bring:

- Must be currently enrolled in, and returning to a Computer Science, Technology, MIS, Data Science, Business Analysis or equivalent degree/diploma program from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Demonstrated positive safety behavior and safety leadership
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training
- Excellent interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
- Motivation to set and achieve goals
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and nurture projects forward
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation & Benefits:Â

The hourly range for this role in Loveland, CO, is between $22.01 - $25.54. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid sick days and holidays as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program. A Student or Intern role does not participate in any retirement savings or incentive programs. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations, as necessary.
